  • Subscription or promotional packages

Refunds do not apply to payments made by customers directly to factories for products or services.

2. Conditions for Refunds

Refund requests will be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments for the same service
  • Technical issues preventing completion of purchased services
  • Billing errors or overcharges caused by system glitches

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed ad listings published on the website
  • Promotional or featured ad upgrades once activated
  • Subscription fees for past periods

4. Process for Refund Requests

  • Inspecting products before completing a purchase
  • Using secure payment methods to ensure safe and fair transactions

6. Dispute Resolution

For disputes between buyers and factories:

  • We do not guarantee refunds for disputes related to customer payments made directly to factories
  • Our responsibility is limited to services purchased by factories on our platform
